Client Booking Policy
Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. You can book online, by phone, or in person.

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless specified.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure a relaxing experience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 1 business day notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations, late reschedules, or missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee or a percentage of the scheduled service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits & Prepayments

Certain treatments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be applied to your service.

Packages, memberships, and prepaid treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Consultations

Some treatments require a consultation before scheduling. Consultation fees, if applicable, may be applied toward your treatment.
Medical & Treatment Considerations

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your treatment.

Modern Medical Spa reserves the right to decline services if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.
Refund Policy

All service sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours.

Unused retail products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
