A valid credit card is required on file, memberships are auto-drafted monthly. Each cycle's medication is dispensed only after your provider reviews your progress and authorizes continuation
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel at any time
Cancellation fee is one month of the membership rate, waived when your provider discontinues treatment for clinical reasons
Medical weight management may include injectable medication when clinically appropriate. These are prescription medications, are not appropriate for every patient, and are prescribed only after in-person evaluation by a licensed provider. Individual results vary.
