What is Onda Pro?
Onda Pro is a non-surgical body contouring and skin-firming treatment used to address concerns such as localized fat, skin laxity, cellulite appearance, and skin texture. Treatment is customized based on your goals, anatomy, and the area being treated.
Is Onda Pro for fat reduction or skin tightening?
Onda Pro can be used for both, but each treatment is focused on your main concern.
Some patients are treated for skin tightening, cellulite appearance, crepey skin, or texture. Others are treated for localized fat, contouring, or stubborn bulges. During your consultation, your provider will determine which treatment approach is most appropriate.
What areas can Onda Pro treat?
Onda Pro may be used on small and large treatment areas.
Small areas may include:
Submental area / chin
Jawline / lower face
Face
Upper arms
Small focal tightening areas
Large areas may include:
Abdomen / flanks
Glutes / buttocks
Thighs
Glutes and thighs
Saddlebags / outer thighs
Posterior thighs
Treatment areas are determined after consultation and tissue assessment.
How much does Onda Pro cost?
Onda Pro pricing is based on the size of the treatment area.
Treatment Area | Single Treatment | Series of 3 Treatments |
Small Area | $800 | $2,000 |
Large Area | $1,000 | $2,500 |
Most patients choose a series of 3 treatments for the best treatment plan.
What is considered a small area?
A small area is a focused treatment zone that typically requires less treatment time. Examples include the submental/chin area, jawline/lower face, face, upper arms, or a small focal tightening area.
Small area treatments are usually scheduled for approximately 45 minutes.
What is considered a large area?
A large area is a larger body-contouring, cellulite, or skin-firming zone. Examples include the abdomen/flanks, thighs, glutes/buttocks, saddlebags, or posterior thighs.
Large area treatments are usually scheduled for approximately 60 minutes.
How many Onda Pro treatments will I need?
Most patients benefit from a series of 3 treatments. Your provider may adjust your treatment plan depending on the area treated, your goals, your tissue assessment, and your response to treatment.
How often are Onda Pro treatments done?
Treatments are generally spaced several weeks apart. Your provider will recommend the appropriate timing for your treatment series. The Onda Pro treatment guide advises not re-treating the same area for at least 3 to 4 weeks.
Is Onda Pro a weight-loss treatment?
No. Onda Pro is not a weight-loss treatment. It is used for contouring, localized fat, cellulite appearance, skin firming, and texture concerns.
Patients who are actively losing weight should continue their weight-loss or wellness plan. Onda Pro may be considered for areas of stubborn fat, mild looseness, or contour concerns.
Does Onda Pro hurt?
Most patients describe Onda Pro as warm or hot, but it should not feel painfully hot. Your provider will check in with you during treatment and adjust as needed. The Onda Pro guide describes expected sensations as warmth or slight tingling, with the treatment feeling hot but not uncomfortably hot.
Is there downtime after Onda Pro?
There is usually little to no downtime. The treated area may feel warm, tender, pink, or mildly swollen temporarily. Your provider will review aftercare instructions with you.
After treatment, patients are typically advised to hydrate well, massage the area if directed, avoid hot tubs and saunas for a few days, avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours, and avoid hot water on the area if the skin is pink or red.
Can I treat more than one area?
Yes. More than one area can be treated, but each area is priced separately. Patients who purchase a second Onda Pro package during an active treatment series may receive 10% off the second package.
Second Package | Standard Price | 10% Add-On Price |
Small Area Series of 3 | $2,000 | $1,800 |
Large Area Series of 3 | $2,500 | $2,250 |
Who is not a candidate for Onda Pro?
Not everyone is a candidate. Your medical history will be reviewed before treatment. Onda Pro may not be appropriate for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain electronic implants, active infection, recent surgery in the treatment area, hernia in the treatment area, certain vascular or cardiac conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, clotting disorders, or other medical concerns.
A consultation is required to determine whether Onda Pro is appropriate for you.
Can Onda Pro be used on the face or neck?
Onda Pro may be used for selected lower-face, jawline, or submental areas when appropriate. The provider will assess your anatomy and determine whether treatment is safe and suitable.
Onda Pro is not a full-face or full-neck treatment. The treatment guide identifies specific restrictions for head and neck areas, including use of selected handpieces for the submental and lower-face areas.
Can I have Onda Pro if I have Botox or fillers?
It depends on where the Botox or filler was placed and when it was done. Onda Pro may affect filler or neurotoxin in the treatment area, so your provider will review this before treatment.
Can Onda Pro be done over tattoos?
Tattooed areas require caution because tattoos may react to heat. Your provider will assess the area before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
Can I have Onda Pro after surgery?
If you recently had surgery in the treatment area, treatment may need to be delayed until the area is fully healed. The Onda Pro guide lists recent surgery as a caution and recommends waiting at least 6 weeks or until complete healing.
Will Onda Pro work for me?
Many patients choose Onda Pro for tightening, cellulite appearance, texture, localized fat, or contouring concerns, but results vary. The consultation helps determine whether you are a good candidate and whether your goals are realistic.
