These symptoms have many possible causes. Evaluation is how we determine whether low testosterone is one of them. Testosterone therapy is never initiated without laboratory confirmation. Consistent with Endocrine Society clinical practice guidelines, we require at least two morning total testosterone measurements confirming hypogonadism, together with baseline hematocrit and age-appropriate PSA, before therapy begins. Where testosterone levels are normal, therapy is not initiated. We do not offer testosterone for athletic or exercise performance, physique, or body composition.

Hormone therapy and erectile dysfunction medications are prescription services. Treatment eligibility is determined by a licensed provider through in-person medical evaluation and, where indicated, laboratory testing. Individual results vary.
